Wow, what an outright asshole. He doesn’t know anything about that “whale’s” life. Maybe she gained weight after having bought the compact car. Maybe she’s borrowing it from a friend, or it’s the only rental available if she’s from out of town. Maybe it’s the only car she can afford because Tahoes, and especially school buses as you suggessted are astronomically expensive to fuel. Maybe she just drives it because she enjoys it. Also, cars are meant to hold people! People have mass, and even the non-obese people can weigh substantial amounts. Damn. This post actually makes me pretty mad.  To think, I used to date him at one point. Ah, high school mentalities. So glad I’m not in high school or of that erroneously judgmental mindset anymore, though apparently some people still are. Pretty sad, really.
